I would recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable print on demand polos for their shopify store. The material and print quality are both fantastic. Customer service is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. The design software is easy to use. I've had no complaints with NovaTomato and will continue to use them for my store.

Great high quality eco friendly products. I was really impressed but the quality and comfort of the fabric even though it is made from recycled plastic. The app is also super easy to use. Great interface and great comprehensive design lab.

Very easy to use website and great selection of products. Polos came out amazing! Colors were vibrant and delivery was quicker than I've had with other sites.

For the most part, the quality is good. When I had an issue with a sample, Customer Service was able to assist and the response time, when it came to a follow up, was very prompt with a resolution. The production to delivery time is longer than I anticipated so just plan to order way in advance to have product/samples in a timely fashion.

Most of the products do not have extensive size choices even if there are many so-called size options, and most are "Out of Stock" and have been for months. Not impressed. Well, the design lab is great in theory, but the colors on the mock ups DO NOT match what actually comes on the products. And it's not even close. Then there's the sizing chart. Pay very close attention to that. I ordered the largest polo shirt they offer and it was at least two sizes smaller than what would fit me.
