We've offered Pargo pickup points as an alternative to standard courier deliveries for quite a while now - it's a great solution for customers who live in hard to reach places or don't know if/when they will be home, so you still get the sale while they choose the shipping option most convenient for them. I DON'T RECOMMEND USING PARGO! They are quick to take your money for prepaid credits and brag about their 2000 collection points, but their support is an absolute disgrace. I've sent multiple emails for the past 10 days requesting assistance for my online store, but their development team flat out ignores me. I've also called them twice to request assistance, but nothing gets done or followed up....

I would suggest all those on the Shopify Basic Plan verify the locations provided to customers at Checkout, you will find that hardly any of the points provided are the closests ones, you can verify this on Pargo's map, I've tried to contact them multiple times with no luck. I've even tested with some of your sites.
