We use it to send gift-card codes automatically after purchase: bulk upload of codes, auto-fulfilment and a customisable email, all on the free plan. The link works fine on our end but a significant number of customers hit DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors, meaning their browsers could not even find the domain. This caused lost sales, frustrated customers, unnecessary support tick...
