Wir nutzen die App seit gut einem Jahr und selten Probleme gehabt. Heute zum ersten Mal den Support kontaktiert und es wurde sofort bearbeitet. Problem wurde auch direkt gelöst. :) Danke, Herr Brunner!

Habe heute morgen die App installiert ... seitdem kommt lediglich ein kleines gelbes Auto und sagt "taking you there". Das war es dann, die Karre scheint über Buxtehude nach Schenzen unterwegs zu sein. Problem wurde sehr, sehr schnell vom Support gelöst - das kleine gelbe Postauto ist jetzt angekommen ;-)

All good but if you are facing the problem that you cannot find how to buy the proprietary shipping labels such as 910-300-710 or whatever labels you have it is because it is not on the Order page from Shopify. Ich konnte keine Versandetiketten für EU erstellen, weil die Zollbeschreibung fehlte. (Auch wenn in der EU kein Zoll erhoben wird, Shopify möchte es trotzdem). Ein kurze E-Mail an den Support und es kam in binnen von 10 Minuten eine Antwort mit einer detaillierten Anleitung, um das Problem zu beheben. Alles so gemacht wie beschrieben und schon war das Problem gelöst. Einfach nur Top. Weiter so :...

Perfekt für meinen kleinen Shop. Die Etiketten werden schnell und unkompliziert erstellt. Die Anbindung an die Portokasse ist für meinen Bedarf ebenfalls optimal. Bei Fragen hilft der Support schnell weiter.

Ich nutze die App als Schnittstelle zwischen Internetmarke (Portokasse) und Shopify. Ich kann schnell und unkompliziert Briefmarken für kleine Bestellungen generieren. Die App erspart mir dadurch viel Arbeit. Das Gleiche gilt für Pakete und Kleinpakete. Auch der Customer Service ist top - hilfreich, schnell und sympathisch.

Wir versenden nur Warensendungen und haben in der App keinen Zugriff auf das Porto für Warensendungen bei der Post (2,70€ ü 0,85€ Gewichtszuschlag). So können wir diese Funktion aus Shopify heraus nicht sinnvoll nutzen (der dort vorgeschlagene Preis wäre 6,49€!).

DHL Paket und Paket International sind mal wieder die einzigen, die im Checkout KEINE LIVE-Versandkosten berechnen können. Selbst DHL Express oder FedEx bekommen das hin. Das bedeutet: Alle 8 Tarifzonen müssen mühsam manuell angelegt werden. Die ständig neu erfundenen Sonderzuschläge lassen sich so natürlich nicht kalkulieren und dem Kunden weitergeben.
