Best customer service available through any Shopify app! I can't recommend this app enough.

— 40 Colori

This is a must have App, to help your site visitors find the right product for them, in our case: Perfumes. The support team is helpful, we had a small issue with a Collection Link, this was sorted out by Filter Menu Team within 2 days. The only thing is the monthly plan is maybe a little bit expansive. thank you

**edited: we recently just got a new theme and were having issues getting the filters to show correctly. Chris has worked with me so that they are showing and everything is exactly as I want. Highly recommend this app and the service is second to none. We have been using this app for years now and love it! It simplifies everything in our categories (which are quite large) and makes finding someth...

Really solid tech support experience. They responded quickly, explained what was causing the filter setup issue, and walked me through the correct settings. Everything is working perfectly now

— SEmotors.com

This has been a really useful for our unique navigation needs. It takes some work to figure out and set it up, but worth it. We recently changed themes and Chris has given us excellent support! Again helped us with a quick fix for an issue we created.

Does exactly what it's meant do, and is incredibly easy to use! Shopify needs to partner with this app, as it's features are awesome! 5/5 for sure

— Puzzery

Amazing app that gave us the ability to have different meta tags for different collections with selected filters. This is something that’s not possible in Shopify by default if you’re using parameters in the URLs - but this app makes it possible! Their support team went above and beyond by creating a custom solution for us completely free of charge. It allows dynamic loading of SEO content as wel...

— BADINKA

We integrated the filter and it works fine.

I promise you that I have never had better customer service in my life, this application has completely changed the way my web makes it easier to find the right product for my clients, it has been the best experience of my life, special thanks to Chris for always helping me with my requirements quickly and with quality.

There is no other Filtering App that even comes close to how clean and fast this one is. I've tried a lot of them. This app won't turn your URLS into a bag of shit. Chris in customer service performed with a diligence I have never experienced before with Shopify apps... followed our design instruction to a T. Highly recommended!!!

— STRAYE

Great app and the support team is the best!!

— soonMAMACZ

Amazing customer service. We have a huge inventory and rely on this filtering app to help our customers navigate. I can't say enough good things about this app. A must!

— Sunsets Inc.

Lots of changes made. Unrecognizable.

— Wheelchairs Oasis LLC

In the backend, the 'Vendor' filter had all the brands, but only a fraction of them were displayed on the collection page. Some tags were also set without permission. After uninstalling the filter, these were not removed and my default filter no longer works properly. A new test is therefore no longer an option.

"fancy" ONLINE app without support on weekends. Useless big time.

— Brian Borg Real Estate Agent

Would give this zero stars if I could. We installed this app and within 48 hours it deleted a TON of collections, created and deleted Tags and caused an SIGNIFICANT errors throughout our site. Support -- please contact me ASAP as I need to find out what can be done to undo the damage the app has caused to our website (conversion has bottomed out since installing it).

Now I will have to close my shop thanks to the f..l. maybe they are more professional at Bigcommerce. USE THIS APP WITH CAUTION. I am by no means a stupid person but the instructions on how to use this, well let's just say the Plain English guide was not followed. A lot can be done to make the explanations clearer. I then decided to delete this and it stayed on my site, then i went in and deleted the code and had an error message on display now today, I find out that whole categories of product...

Always great costumer service! Fast and reliable, and a great filtering system, which is easy to navigate in. Thanks Power Tools!

— Headz Up

For me, I find this app really useful for bulk updates of a 10 year old inventory and also managing customer filtering options at the front end. I have found this easy to use, easy to install and when I have had something I have been unsure about or struggled with then the support team have been helpful, quick and responsive. Totally recommend this. At least take up the free trial, you have nothi...
