We are still new to the app, and are using its basic service at the moment, but we've been happy with it so far. There were a few difficulties at first setting up the app, but the support team has been prompt, helpful and thorough when we've needed assistance.

This app is working better than another pre-sale app I tried (which oversold the number I had set). The customer service was helpful in getting WOD set up and working on my site. My only complaint is some orders are coming in without being tagged and apparently the customer is unaware it was on backorder. Easy to set up. Once a customer has paid, it is telling them it will ship in 3-5 days. So need to point out that you have to change your shipping details

The pre order app wasn't always working. So all the settings where correct, and that the button didn't show. Or we had 1 bag already on pre order for over a mounth and the pre-order button disapeart and all the settings where correct..

When the app works, it works great. But every time I change 1 setting, it changes many on the background. This has always been the case from the start. Just tonight I simply changed the preorder message, that's literally all I did. I didn't touch any other setting, button, at all. Buggy, did not work for us. Their AI support delays support. For this price we expected more.

I would not recommend this app. We have done many pre sales over the past 6 years and this app absolutely failed. Forcing you to take part payments - ie, 50% now and 50% later was a fail and it stopped people from buying. Customer service was also very limited and because of the time difference (I'm in Australia and I guess they were in the US or worked US hours, meant it took days to get response...

look elsewhere - WOD:PreOrder Now does not function properly. App allowed oversales on 2 pre-releases with a set sale limit, created a lot of headache and work for our customer service team. We walked through product set up with app's support team, did not stop the overselling.

Getting customer support can be tricky if you are a business in Australia, as the PreOrder Now team works 9am-5pm (EST), as this is essentially overnight for us. In saying that I was able to get my issues resolved, it just took a week instead of probably an hour.

the basic functionality of this app should be: 1 click and a product is set to reorder 1 click and its normal add to cart I've spent hours in the chat to first get products to show up for preorder and then I have now spent hours to try to make products normally available again. i am now going to uninstall the app hoping that my products can be normally purchased again
