Five stars for the app and the amazing support team! Saro helped me first when I was really stressed. She was patient, helpful and KIND. And then came Nitesh. His help and guidance was chef's kiss! Nitesh helped build a custom name box for our hand-cut sterling silver jewelry. It changes with each letter-count option, limits characters correctly, and blocks spaces, since we can't cut a spa...

Great option features and easy access to support services via chat!

They just keep nailing it! I've been using the app for a couple of years. Customers find it quite easy to use to pick a design or personalize items. I started with the free version and have since upgraded to Pro. The customer service is superb. Whenever I have a question, I get a quick, thorough, and knowledgeable reply. Highly Recommend!

Terrible experience. Absolute nightmare to work with. Support is effectively nonexistent — chat responses are boilerplate deflection (“we’ll pass this to the team”) with no ownership, no follow-through, and no technical resolution. You’re left debugging their app inside your own production environment. From a technical standpoint, this app feels like a legacy workaround that was never re-archite...

Very Disappointed – Issue Still Not Resolved After Multiple Attempts The duplicate cart issue is still not fixed even after multiple confirmations from support. We shared videos and tested both theme copies, but products are still being added twice and pricing is incorrect, especially with variants. This has caused serious frustration for our client. Expected a proper resolution, but the issue rem...

Ujwal delivered flawlessly as the main lead on implementation. He was professional, attentive, and set everything up to perfection in just a few days without missing a single detail. Truly outstan...

I absolutely love this app and how easy it is to set up and use with my products! Anytime I’ve run into an issue or had a question, their chat support has been incredibly helpful. Today, I worked with Danna, and she was quick, knowledgeable, and had my issue resolved in no time. Great customer service! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy way to add product personalization an...
