The app is too expensive and offers very limited customization. I’ve been paying for this app for over a year, yet my offers were disabled immediately when I didn’t upgrade my plan. This is extremely disappointing and reflects a very poor user experience, especially for long term paying customers.

Does not accurately attribute sales. VASTLY inflates the sales in claims. For example I have an offer if you buy 3X of a specific product (not a mix and match) and if someone buys 1 of that product and 2 other things, not qualifying for the discount, not getting the discount, Koala count it as a sale for them.

Realmente no sirve para crear Bundles. Simplemente habilita una herramienta tipo Upsells que ya la maneja la otra APP de Koala. It doesn't really work for creating bundles. It simply enables an upsell-style tool that is already handled by Koala's other app.

Cost me thousands in revenue because I gave their "engineer" access to fix my meta pixel not firing off because Koala bundles was not functioning properly with the pixel. They ended up breaking my add to cart functionality, and didn't inform me. I had to found out myself after I lost thousands in sales!
