App went offline for some hours. Upselling bonus stopped working during this period - the effect on sales you can imagine. An effect on customer trust as well as the announcement of the bonus still was displayed. The app seems to have problems in its general set up.

We found out 4 hours later and this awful app ended up costing us thousands of dollars in lost sales we can't get back. Do NOT use this app or you will get screwed too!
