We used their team to assist in our migration from QuickBooks POS to Shopify POS. Ruchika walked us through all of the steps of the process on our end, and they took care of the rest. She was thorough and very helpful. The process went smoothly for the most part. I do suggest that you communicate clearly with the team on the data field mappings, such as barcode, upc, categories, etc.

If you're still on the fence about if this will be a seamless transition for you ... the Shopify QB connector app only works sometimes- we just fudge our accounting to make the numbers match for transactions that never come through, it uses Greenland time for all of its time stamps (meaning your transactions won't be spit up by day unless you're based in Greenland), Stocky only sometimes transfers...

I have had nothing but trouble. Very disappointed as I was a Quickbook POS user. This is the company they referred us to and this is the app to connect it all and it hasn't worked right yet. Been waiting on an answer from the developers for over 2 months now.

The people on the phone are VERY nice but the app simply does not work properly. It doesn't want to connect and if you fiddle with it long enough it will connect and then it won't let you close QuickBooks. I have made many phone calls and gotten nowhere.
