We used their team to assist in our migration from QuickBooks POS to Shopify POS. Ruchika walked us through all of the steps of the process on our end, and they took care of the rest. She was thorough and very helpful. The process went smoothly for the most part. I do suggest that you communicate clearly with the team on the data field mappings, such as barcode, upc, categories, etc.

My data sync has been stuck. Only some transactions have come through. The sync says syncing 29 retrying 12 for days. it keeps switching between connected to connecting. This is very frustrating. It takes me longer to determine what is missing than if I entered the information manually.

If you're still on the fence about if this will be a seamless transition for you ... the Shopify QB connector app only works sometimes- we just fudge our accounting to make the numbers match for transactions that never come through, it uses Greenland time for all of its time stamps (meaning your transactions won't be spit up by day unless you're based in Greenland), Stocky only sometimes transfers...
