Refund Guard shows merchants non-refundable payment fees before cash refunds, including BNPL providers like Klarna and Afterpay where merchant fees are often not returned. An order-page block warns staff with estimates for Shopify Payments, cards, and PayPal too. Track fee loss in the dashboard, set thresholds and custom rates, and use the refund simulator.
