So I just moved from LOOP Returns to Aftership as they are quite a bit cheaper. Bad mistake. Their product is pretty bad and the service is terrible. Each stage they said I could not get what I wanted unless I upgraded. I now have upgraded to their top version. Non of the upgrades work with orders that were placed prior to upgrade - thats an issue. Also simple things like just doing an...

It is on the cheaper price point because it claims to be able to do certain functions when in reality it can't. I've been on multiple calls to ask why a settings function will say you can do certain things, when in reality it won't let you do them. This happened more than once. No change happens after you show them it doesn't make sense either.

I was excited to set up a returns portal with Aftership, but you can't even set up basic return criteria like using the 'delivery date' for the return window without paying for the $119 plan, super disappointing and not worth it if you're a small business
