HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Website shows different pricing every time you reload the page. They claim the setup process is 30 minutes, but there are so many bugs along the way that require support, that the process actually takes hours. And once you finally get it setup, you realize that the lower pricing tiers completely fail at making returns automated (ex: won't auto-select shipping carriers, so...
