This app has no customer service. The support for this app is not worth the price. It has constant bugs for payment, item management and has no real clear instructions for setting up. Our SKUs have lost their original SKU and the replaced with something the app felt would be better and pushed that Reverb. It never connected to our reverb store and there was absolutely no support to fix the issue. Very difficult to set up. We reached out to the company for help. While some things were fixed it was just not worth the time to deal with the bugs this program has. Also, the time difference for the help was difficult due to being overseas.
