Why do I always get "Please wait your request is being verified" when I try to use the and then the reviews don't display when this happens, literally makes the app unusable!!!

if you are planning to use this app as a free user, forget about it. especially if your aim is to import photo/video reviews from amazon. they make it impossible so you upgrade to the paid plans.
