Last peak season we scaled spend based on wrong margin reports and figured out afterward we actually lost money on some product verticals. Thats why I'm switching from custom solution. COGS versioning, shipping and order processing fees mapped properly - doing it by hand is a nightmare and breaks every time a cost changes.
