Sobre ShipAlert

ShipAlert watches every fulfilled order and flags a shipment as delayed when tracking stalls past your threshold: no carrier scan in 48h, or past the delivery date. You hear about at-risk orders before the customer does, so you fix them first. Optionally auto-email customers a tasteful "running late" note to cut "where is my order" tickets. One dashboard shows every shipment: in transit, delayed, delivered. 1,200+ carriers, hourly checks. You set the delay threshold and the customer email.
