This app helps me recover between over 30% of abandoned carts. I use the winback feature to set reminders before the buying cycle when I believe my customers would be running low of the product. SMS works like a charm.

You are constantly logged out of the platform, and because of that you often miss notifications when customers send messages. I would not recommend this app. I wanted to setup this feature for communication with my customers. Their sales team promised to setup my account but never did. After requesting feedback their answer was: we won't be offering this service to you. No reason, no explanation nothing. Who can believe this? Very unprofessional!

This app does not work. Have tried on several occasions to top up credit, just does nothing. Tried to remove an existing SMS campaign, cannot do it. Very bad design, no support. Stay away from this app.
