The WSH Team is super helpful and supportive.

— MINOSS Clothing Company AB

Solid app. We are using it on two websites. Considerably more flexible than the built-in Shopify B2B functionality. Quick and easy to set up with excellent support.

— Select Juice, LLC

Wow, their customer service is amazing. The app has the functionality we were looking for but we wanted a few tweaks to fit into our workflow and site setup. The customer service team was really responsive and actioned the requests quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend. The app works well. Very easy to use.

We have been working with Wholesale Helper since 2022. From day one, they have been a tremendous help. Whether the issues are large or small, they are always there for us. You can truly rely on their skills and expertise

— AAFKES B2B

We ran into some issues at the start due to things within our store and nothing bc of the app itself but their support was very helpful and resolved our issues very quickly.

— 1st Phorm Wholesale

Great app - very easy to install and helpful support

— Mas Maya

Great app and very responsive support. The team helped quickly with my request and everything works as expected. Setup was smooth and the functionality fits well for wholesale needs. Would definitely recommend.

— TheRanok.com

Mateo and his team helped us with a small customization that had a big impact on our wholesale customer's shopping experience. We use the Wholesale Pricing Discount and Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder plugins to run our Shopify wholesale store. The app works great and if there are ever any issues, the support team is incredibly responsive to help us solve any issues we encounter. Thank you very...

— Natural Heart Doctor Shop

The Order Form is really amazing for our B2B use case. We have over 300 products and it allows customers to quickly add items to their order. The WSH team has been extremely responsive and helpful to support our launch, would highly recommend giving this a try!

— Wellness Curated

Excellent app. Works exactly as expected. Customer service responds in reasonable time. Easy to use.

— UMI (Urban Ministries, Inc.)

Impressed with both the app and the support... thank you Joshua :) We installed the Wholesale Form recently and it fits well into our wholesale workflow. When we had a pricing issue, the team responded quickly and resolved it smoothly. Friendly, helpful and efficient... exactly what you hope for in an app partner. Highly recommended.

— Budget Parts

App is not loading at All, not sure where to connect with the developer

— hfnl!fe

In practice, the Basic plan for products does not perform its intended function. Since this is a form for wholesale orders, it is logical that not all website visitors should see it. However, to display it only to customers with a tag such as wholesale, I would have to manually edit each product individually, which is unrealistic when there are many products.

— TheRanok.com

There is no free plan, like it says on this page. You see that after downloading the app!

— Sordent

This app disbaled our Wholesale store, and no one from the app developers communicated with us despite us requesting assistance. One of our other app providers had to assist us in order to get the problem resolved and get our wholesale store back up and running. Very disappointing customer service and support.

— Vegan Perfection Wholesale

— BOLERO

We discussed some changes for 4 Weeks now. The different changes were made, but always in different versions of the Theme. We can't change any of the mistakes because we don't have access to the App's code. Response time to our Mails is horrifying 2 Days. Thats not professional work and we are forced to write such a review because we don't get any response at all. The requested changes we had were...

— b2b weich-alpaca

Each time we have a launch on our Wholesale site, this order form will fail to load. If we come back to it later, after the traffic has died down it will work, but what's the point if this app doesn't work when we need it the most.

— Grace and Lace Wholesale

What A SHAME.... Manipulative payment methods for every single add on which is supposed to be on an app that provides wholesale reports , otherwise what's the use of a wholesale report when you can't apply discounts, they make you pay for the app, then charge you for everything needed, 12$ becomes 24 and then add another 19$ ( with limited options as well) so you have to pay even more for you to g...
