Πολύ καλή εφαρμογή, από ότι χρειάζομαι κάνει πολύ παραπάνω και με πολύ ευκολία, αλλά ακόμα καλύτερη είναι η εξυπηρέτηση της! Όσες φορές χρειάστηκα βοήθεια ήταν εκεί άμεσα!

Κατέβασα την εφαρμογή αλλά αντιμετωπίζω πρόβλημα με τις εικόνες. Με ενημέρωσαν απο το Σκρουτζ ότι εμφανέζεται μόνο η βασική εικόνα και όχι οι πρόσθετες εικόνες. Καθώς αυτό απαιτεί βασικό κριτήριο για την επιβεβαίωση της αίτησης μου, μπορεί κάποιος να με βοηθήσε; ευχαριστω

Μια υπέροχη εταιρία μα εκπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση. Σήμερα 1η Μαΐου επίσημη αργία και εν μέσω καραντίνας προσπάθησα να δημιουργήσω το XML αρχείο για το Skroutz, το αρχείο δεν περιελάμβανε τη κατηγορία του προϊόντος. Έστειλα ένα mail στην εταιρία με το πρόβλημα μου. Περίμενα απάντηση από Δευτέρα 4 Μαΐου με δεδομένο ότι μετά την αργία έχουμε Σ/Β. Η απάντηση ήρθε αμέσως, το λάθος δικό μου γιατί ήταν κενό...
