StoreScore measures customer satisfaction automatically from every fulfilled order, giving your store a representative rating based on real transactions, not just the customers who choose to leave reviews. Display a verified store rating and testimonials on your storefront. Unhappy customers are routed to a private feedback channel so you can resolve issues before they become public complaints. Feedback is requested only after fulfilment, so every rating reflects a completed purchase.
