I am sitting at a 75% payment decline rate from the way this app processes card declines. Their payment links break after 1/2 years and your customers will just churn based on their poor network link with the banks/cards. Use the native Shopify Subscription app it's much better with card issues and payment declines.

Very disappointing experience. Initial support from Nilou was great, and we were given confidence that our store could access new features, including Build Your Box. Based on that, we built a large part of our subscription setup and site launch around Subi. Then, months later, our account was suddenly suspended with no proper warning because we sell wine.
