This app is great, I'm able to run two Shopify stores with ease with Syncio. All of my products are able to be synced automatically which makes it an ease to keep up with inventory levels as well as website maintenance across both of my stores. Their support back in time told us yes, we can do that easily, but somehow they managed to fully sync everything, and ruin the listings we had made. Pretty expensive as compared to the other such apps. handling an extra dashboard seems like an effort to me, features and support doesn't justify the prices. Had a higher expectation.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this app at all. The synchronization did not work, and even worse, the app created around 300 duplicate products during the process. These duplicates were faulty and incomplete, which made the situation even worse. It's a consistently problematic app. Prices, stocks, and product statuses are absolutely never updated. We've received many complaints. Customer service is terrible; they blame the Shopify APIs. Problems are constant. Try alternatives. We're also canceling our subscription. We're paying for it, but not receiving the service.
