The integration only worked through GA4 setup. Despite the excellent and responsive support from Customer Service, we were unable to get conversion goals functioning directly within Google Ads. The support is great and they seem genuinely helpful and nice, but I had problems since day one. (Google Ads not tracking, Meta tracking but not assigning events to the campaigns anymore...)
