Helped me out. Thank you.

— Hartland Emporium

This was an incredible and enjoyable experience that I was truly dreading. The rep that worked with me was named Paul. He was so helpful, sharp and patient. I just could not believe how smooth it went If I could give him 20 stars I would!! Thanx so much. Cathy @ Speckles Pet Supplies

— Speckles Pet Supplies

I’m new to TopDawg, and while exploring the dashboard, I accidentally subscribed to the annual plan. I contacted customer service and spoke with Paul, who listened carefully and understood my situation. He kindly escalated the matter to the accounting and technical teams and assured me that he would help process my refund—and he kept his word. I truly appreciate Paul and the entire TopDawg team f...

— US Stores

I had an excellent experience working with Paul, Customer Support Manager, while getting assistance with my shop from start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me succeed. Paul went above and beyond to address my questions, provide clear guidance, and ensure everything was running smoothly. What stood out most was his patience and attention to detail—...

— WildPawsShop

Paul was very helpful with my product import questions. In this day it is amazing to speak to a live person, Paul was very courteous. Thank you

— Dress The Pet

They are always so very helpful!

— Rosies Pet Paradise

We’ve had a great experience using the TopDawg Shopify app with our online boutique, PawPuparazzi.com. The product upload process is straightforward, and integrating items into our store has been smooth and efficient. Order processing and fulfillment have also been easy to manage, which helps keep operations running consistently. The app itself is reliable and does what we need without unnecessary...

My team and I have been working with the Top Dawg app integration for the past six months, and we absolutely love it! The impact on our business has been incredible. We’ve grown our store catalog from just a few hundred products to nearly one thousand — and we’re still expanding. The integration has made it easier than ever to scale, diversify our offerings, and deliver more value to our loyal cu...

— AMAZON FACTORY

“Fast shipping, good product quality, and smooth communication. Very satisfied with the service.”

— Pets Perfect

Really nice people to work with, very straightforward and honest.

— Pawesomeproducts.com

These guys are awesome and do not play around when it comes to customer service. So far one happy customer here. Looking forward to doing business.

— Username Digital

Top Dawg has been absolutely outstanding! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service go above and beyond expectations. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and they truly make you feel valued. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Top Dawg to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and a team that genuinely cares about your success.

— Pet's Perfect

Unfortunately, they trick you into signing up for the $400/year plan when you are first starting out and even if you cancel within 30 days because you couldn't find any products you like, you do NOT get that refunded to you. They make you immediately downgrade though, effective immediately, so how does that make sense? If I was charged for a premium plan for 1 year, I should have access to that pr...

— Bunny & Blue Pet Supply

We do not recommend - to us the ROA seemed extremely low. the Cost of the product plus their excessive shipping cost= for us to Low of a ROA, sometime to a negative profit margin so hard to select profitable items to import also so many items we felt were out of stock. There were order issues after ordered where a product went out of stock, yes we were refunded but as an internal credit they do n...

— Country Chic Collections

I am not happy with them, I was promessed to get a credit to my account since I paid both top dawg and shopify for the same account and this has been going on for a year now and still nothing has been done and no one has done anything

— forebearsdecor.com

I am starting a very specific niche. I was looking for somewhere to source these products from the US to cut the shipping times. They offer many products that I would love to have sold and promoted but the lack of pictures they made available to me made it impossible to sell with any professionalism. When i reached out to them they offered no help. He just said that they have many people that do w...

— The Social Pour

I installed it just to be sure that all bad reviews here were true.

— Twitter Bikes

I must be missing something or all of these reviews are fake. I installed the app only to discover absolutely outrageous pricing. Cheap jumper cables for $115, Yoki Women's boots in the $200-300 range. All of these prices are like 10 times higher than RETAIL. How is one supposed to make money with this?

— Gulf Resellers

First, I am a business owner, so the last thing I want to do is write a poor review for another business. I always make every reasonable attempt at resolution, and even then, I can never recall writing a poor review online. BEWARE I installed the app to see the pricing, but it could have been better. The annual plan offered savings, so I chose that. I logged in, saw the tier pricing and produ...

Beware of TopDawg: Unethical Practices and Poor Customer Service We had a highly disappointing experience with TopDawg and want to warn others to stay away from this company due to their unethical and customer-unfriendly practices. We initially signed up for a one-year subscription, only to discover that this was a central account. After speaking with a representative named Paul, we were advised...
