We had constant order issues with orders not tracking properly. It was also extremely slow, overall we had to move over to another platform because the experience for our customers wasn't great.

I sent an email and they are slow with their support. It's been 3 days and I've received no response back about an issue with tracking translation. I would not recommend downloading this app if you are aware that the developer/author of this app will not help you.

Does exactly what I need and more. Pricing is reasonable compared to a few others I checked - Simple easy to use order status page that customers can self serve and view their shipment details. I was also able to integrate the order status link in the fulfilment email which goes to customers. - Fulfillments and status page lets us quickly glance through and see if any orders haven't been deliver...
