Awesome app that works perfectly. Absolutely love it!

— The Bircher Bar

Has a hardcoded 20 variant limit per product, which makes it useless for me - though based on the other reviews here I am not sure I'm missing much. Approach with caution and low expectations, I guess.

— Feel Good Garage

The app is working fine, but the process for approving shipping labels is not satisfactory. I have already completed the agreement confirming that I will not send dangerous goods when making bookings. However, my shipments are still flagged for manual approval every time, and your back office team emails me asking me to “PLEASE EXPLAIN!” before approving the labels. what is the worst company in AUstralia? is it Jetstar or it it Transdirect? hard to choose.

— AQUA DIRT

Over all the Transdirect platform is very good I can give 5 star to that but this app if I review, I can not go anything above 1 star. App is not working at all. It is useless in integrating to the transdirect account. I wish they will fix the app integration issues soon.

— HRIDZ

App worked for 1 day then stopped working. Zero communication available for support. Would be a great option if this worked. Hope you guys are working on it!!!

— Soapmaid Australia Pty Ltd

SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. WASTED TIME, MONEY, ENERGY & EFFORT ON A FLOP OF AN APP. I SAW THE CRAPPY REVIEWS & IGNORED THEM. DON'T BE AN IDIOT LIKE ME.

— Adelaide Office Furniture

Horrible experience after waiting 2.5 weeks for couriers to pick up and countless emails to support which led to nothing but 5x the costs, a lost customer and using a different provider. At least they don’t care because their T&Cs say not their problem. Save your money and go elsewhere

— Mr Jasper Says

Custom shipping settings via the dashboard are being erased on application launch. Non-responsive feedback after creating support tickets. Shopify also tried to get Transdirect to assist without success.

— Plyco

Poor customer Service, take ages to get back in touch, forget to respond to emails, Watch out for the Small Print on claiming Insurance, there is a $150 excess charge, Courier lost our order within their network, and Transdirect withheld over 50% of the total cost of our order. You can't integrate your Fastway or Couriers Please accounts so all live quotes are much more expensive v what you pay at...
