We made the switch to Trunk this month and within 2 weeks the system has COMPLETELY CRASHED, leaving no stock link with any of our platforms so with every sale our stock solution is TRASHED. Really useful app for managing our inventory. It made it much easier to track kits properly and gave us a clear view of what was actually in stock at any time. One of the biggest improvements for us was eliminating duplicate entries, which used to create a lot of confusion. Overall, it brought much more structure and accuracy to our inventory management.
