We run The Bean Coffee Company and San Diego Coffee's daily fulfillment through Veeqo and it's become the backbone of our shipping. It pulls our Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart orders into one queue, rate-shops every package across USPS/UPS/FedEx so we're always on the cheapest service, and prints the packing slip and label together. The API has been solid enough that we've been able to automate our...

We've had an excellent experience with Veeqo. It has streamlined our order management and shipping across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, and other marketplaces. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and has helped us save a significant amount of time by bringing everything into one place. The support team is outstanding—always responsive, knowledgeable, and willi...

— EDS-TMU

We've been using Veeqo for the majority of our shipping operations—probably around 90% of our daily shipments with ShipStation serving as our backup. We also use Veeqo alongside Finale Inventory through Shopify, and overall it's become an important part of our workflow. I'd give Veeqo an **8.5/10**. **What we like most:** * The shipping rates have saved us a significant amount of money, especia...

— Paw and Tail Supply

This is an amazing app for managing shipping across any platform. The app is free to use, and it offers Amazon shipping rates, which are lower than average. I love Veeqo and highly recommend it!

— Brian's Toolshed

Connects and works flawlessly while providing shipping options that aren't normally available directly from Shopify. Easy to setup custom shipping packages and saves us money, what's there not to like. Easy to use and highly recommended!

— Titan Anchors

We specifically use the order shipping aspects of Veeqo and not the inventory management side of things. Orders are all pulled in seamlessly from channels and it makes labelling them individually or in batches a breeze. Support is brilliant to be honest (much unlike their parent company), their AI assistant is genuinely decent and it's very easy to get through to humans if needed who are knowledge...

— Toys N Tuck

Amazing software which has allowed us to streamline our orders from multiple platforms and syncs wiht Royal Mail

— Streetwise3D

Veeqo is free and has Amazon shipping rates. We replaced Shipstation and find Veeqo is superior. Customer support is great; they have real people who proactively and reactively support you (not just AI bots!). My account support manager, Giovanni, has been a fantastic resource and is available when needed for support and sharing new product features.

— Kona BBQ Store

Let us put orders from multiple selling platforms in one place. Also given us the ability to track our stock levels across all the platforms in one place.

— Brow Farm

Veeqo is a must have for any business! Same features that the expensive apps offer, without the cost.

— World of Treasures

Veeqo has been a total game-changer for our business. Bringing all the labels from our different stores into one place makes shipping effortless, and they consistently offer the best shipping rates available. The inventory management works great and keeps everything organized across channels. Most importantly, the platform is extremely easy to use, user-friendly, and backed by excellent customer...

— Yumzo Sweets

Veeqo is brilliant, quick service and just easy to use!

— Muddy Hands

Still cant generate return labels after 2 years Regularly cross references products with different skus so you ship the wrong products. Lots of overbilling and no notifications Support is largely worthless, it is easy to use and you do see all your orders in one place, but if something is incorrectly setup you can never really fix it without making new listings

— bocahydro

Veeqo is requesting that I write a review of their software even after I told my account manager that it wouldn't be positive if I do. The integration with Shopify doesn't handle any order edits - so if a customer wants to change their order after it's placed, we have to edit it in two systems (Shopify & Veeqo). It also doesn't handle returns processed through Shopify either. The bigger issue is t...

— Elev8 Supplies

2FA requirement is a nightmare. After over 50 support exchanges and countless hours Veeqo says you either use phone app with authenticator or use a desktop authenticator which they could not get to work. You can not use both phone authenticator and desktop authenticator for login codes. Does anyone actually know if this is true? The software does work although some of the workflow seems a bit unin...

awful product. veeqo claims "Get Protected - Amazon will protect your account and pay for A-to-z claims related to delivery issues or items not received (INR).** this is a LIE. Amazon will NOT protect your account for labels bought via Veeqo. AZ claims get ZERO protection, Amazon does not care about Veeqo Seller Gaurantee, and ignores it. and Veeqo simply does not care that Amazon does not care!...

— Curve Surfboard Accessories - United States

Should be seamless, but difficult to use, worse-than-unhelpful support. No notification to user when orders are hung up in Veeqo purgatory which means angry customers. Sync is unpredictable and often incomplete.

— Terske

Updated 19.02.2026 - It was a great app backed up with great support. Any queries I had with the features and functions of the app had been answered the same day by helpful agents. Veeqo are now charging for the use of the app despite receiving marketing emails advising it is totally free of charge. I've now gone elsewhere.

All I'm trying to achieve is: (1) Veeqo to pull inventory levels from Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA) and push them to Shopify. (2) Veeqo to push orders from Shopify and push to Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA). --- Seeing as Veeqo is owned by Amazon you'd think Veeqo would integrate well but I've had issue after issue. --- Every time I have an issue, Veeqo Support seem to send me on a roller coaster of tro...

Veeqo made massive changes to my inventory over the course of 3 months that led to incorrect inventory at different locations. We had to do a stock count at both locations just to fix it. Hours on the phone with support and on chat confirmed that my settings were correct and it was a Veeqo issue that led to the problems. I would not trust it.
