Veeqo is free and has Amazon shipping rates. We replaced Shipstation and find Veeqo is superior. Customer support is great; they have real people who proactively and reactively support you (not just AI bots!). Should be seamless, but difficult to use, worse-than-unhelpful support. No notification to user when orders are hung up in Veeqo purgatory which means angry customers. Sync is unpredictable and often incomplete.

Updated 19.02.2026 - It was a great app backed up with great support. Any queries I had with the features and functions of the app had been answered the same day by helpful agents. Veeqo are now charging for the use of the app despite receiving marketing emails advising it is totally free of charge. I've now gone elsewhere.

Veeqo made massive changes to my inventory over the course of 3 months that led to incorrect inventory at different locations. We had to do a stock count at both locations just to fix it. Hours on the phone with support and on chat confirmed that my settings were correct and it was a Veeqo issue that led to the problems. I would not trust it.
