Very good app, and the support is there so if you need help setting up they will take care of you. If you need an app that will list and manage your shopify listings straight into Walmart, this is the one.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this app was extremely disappointing. I installed the app to connect Shopify and Walmart and started testing it during the free trial period. Very quickly, I discovered that the app was not suitable for my business. Product data and variations were not transferring correctly, and I repeatedly had to contact support regarding issues that shou...

This app is AWFUL. No customer service present to assist with urgent matters. Just redundant answers and incompetent support specialists. I used them since 2020 and nothing has changed. Divy and hos previous team were perfect, but now the software has gone to crap. Highly DO NOT recommend if you have a full operation doing 1M+ in sales per year. Lots of bugs and shortcomings.

— FROGSHOP

Very disappointing experience. I subscribed to this app expecting functional support and guidance on how to properly use the features I’m already paying for. Instead, every interaction with customer support turns into a sales pitch for additional paid services. Rather than assisting with setup, errors, or understanding how the app works, the support team’s primary focus seems to be upselling. Bas...

Not accurate, we've used them since 2023. Many compliments to them here with a over the top in depth and fluid app integration. However the support on recent upgrades and downgrades have been dogmatic and arduous. They have missed the swing with customer support and did not complete a catalog revamp correctly, at all. As a matter of fact, the entire catalog was destroyed. We had to start all over...

They went from charging S400 per year to now $1000 per year. App devs try to upsell rather than fix your main problems. We constantly had issues with this app. CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly to Walmart in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance. When our feeds actually published, the mapping was a mess and nearly all lines items would h...

Not working

— Goodwatch

Stay away, they charge you extra money even if you said Hi, Walmart is Migrating to Item Spec 5.x on Aug, this App does not support Spec 5x with regular subscription, they want to charge an extra fees to do the change to our store, this means the app will be useless after Aug 2025 if we don't pay an extra fees to the App Dev. We have to pay them to make their app working with walmart, hhhh that...

App devs try to upsell rather than fix your main problems. We were constantly going back and forth with the support, and most of the time, they make you a ticket and then close it without providing a resolution, which makes you have to contact support again. We constantly had issues with this app.
