Sobre Webkul Gift On Order

Gift on order by webkul will enable you to assign free gifts with order, as per the rules defined. To display the gift on frontend, the first step is to select the product you want to add as a gift - by visiting the product section of shopify and choosing the gift on order from app section. You can then create the rules to assign the gifts, set up the minimum order value to become eligible for the free gifts.A pop can be added on the home Page, so the customer is aware about the gifts. Admin can create various gift products. Admin can create various gift Rules based on the order total value, buy x get y A separate page to show all the gift rules. An excellent app from which we have been getting lots of benefits. But needs to be improved a bit: -needs to load faster in the cart so the free gift gets added in the checkout, takes 5 seconds to load, if customers click the checkout button right away it gets left off on the checkout page. -update the backend, images of the gift products are not showing.

For our store, we often do promotions with a free item (like free X with all orders over $100...) so this app has been great! We ran into an issue recently where the gift wasn't appearing but Webkul support found the issue in our code and fixed it, so then it worked like a charm after that :)

I feel harassed by their incessant emailing when I've already responded to the first ticket that I have already uninstalled the app!! But NO ONE responds to acknowledge that fact and continues to email me to see if I needed helped or have any questions about the app. I don't know HOW TO GET THEM TO STOP INVADING MY INBOX.
