Very poor experience. Since installing Whatomation, issues never stop. Most of the time customer messages stop sending and the only fix is to logout and login the device again. Now the device also logs out automatically. Support tries at first but if they cannot solve the issue they stop responding. Not reliable for a business.

Pathetic app. We have installed this paid app to reduce our work for orders confirmation but it skips almost 100 orders on daily basis and don’t send messages and there is no way to resend them confirmation messages and no customer service in critical conditions. Not recommended at all.
