Ian was extremely helpful and took the time to investigate an issue with my loyalty points setup properly. He clearly explained what had happened with a customer's points and then helped me improve the redemption settings so customers can use their points more easily in future. Excellent app with a lot of depth and great customer support. i was supported in one exchange by Alva and they quickly solved issues i had. there's constant updates to this app to improve it and the app team has a wish list type section you can add things you wish the app had. fees for the expanded versions are very cheap whilst the free version allows you to do a lot. i highly recommend this app...
