I got excellent support to get this setup. Still fine tuning left and right but it allows me to handle orders and refunds and create invoices from within Yuki while new customers are automatically created in Yuki

Although it took a while to get it up and running. The webcare of webwinkelfacturen did their best to get it all up and running. Even though it took a while, they didn't get frustrated with us and they wanted the same goal. Get it up and running. And we did, but not without the excellent help of the webwinkelfacturen webcare team! Great service.

We used this app for almost two years, and it was the worst mistake we could have made! Every month, there were numerous error lines with no explanation. Since February 2026, our store has been on Shopify B2B, and the app hasn't adapted its services.
