Two days in and nothing has worked as promised. Setup: The pre-purchase upsell and cross-sell offers never showed. I opened a support ticket right away and explained that I use an alternative payment processor and that the pre-purchase upsell wasn’t appearing. No easy way to cancel. Businesses should be penalized if the cancel button isnt easily findable in settings or plan/ billing. OCU doesnt.

I've used this app for many years. In the past few weeks, upsell payments stopped being captured completely - every order has an upsell, but no payment. The developer claims they cannot troubleshoot or do anything about this. Unless you want to process all payments manually, look elsewhere.
