AskRoo adds an AI support agent to your storefront that reads your live store data before it replies. It looks up orders by number and email, reports tracking status, quotes current prices and stock, and searches your products, pages, and policies. Return requests are checked against your policy window before anything is approved, then filed for your team or started automatically. Questions it can't answer from your data become support cases with the full transcript. Every action is audited.
