I moved over from another chat app that was difficult to use and not timely in receiving chat requests. Formilla is neither of those! This is an awesome app. Easy to install. Easy to use. Fast connections with chat customers. The only thing it lacks is your potential customers cannot send pictures in chat thread. Formilla tells me this is going to be available very soon. Surprised at how many chat requests we get per day after implementing this tool. Very happy so far and getting more conversions!

Works well, but (to my understanding) messages received while agents are offline don't have a contact option, so I'm not sure how we would get back to them. Otherwise very happy with how the app works!

Just great app, easy to use, lots of great features, immediately on, greatly customisable and localized. Support is fast and perfect. Android app works great as well as desktop version. It is great to be able to chat with customers while on the go...fantastic!

I installed this app last night and have already had two chats with customers! So far so good. Easy to install and pretty intuitive. Although I have analytics connected to my site, I do like the real time tracking of customers. Hoping this will increase conversions.

I did no research on live chat apps and just picked one that showed up in Google. I was blown away. It just works, right out of the box. So simple, and effective. Customers love it. However, don't tell your friends you have it on your site, they will troll you.
