removed klaviyo because too expensive. Removing it has damaged my code and now shopify team are having to work to fix the problems. Avoid klaviyo like the plague!

The platform functionality might be powerful, but the user experience is incredibly frustrating. When encountering technical issues with dynamic variables in templates, there is absolutely no way to get basic support unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Worse, when trying to log into the Klaviyo Community to post a question, the website gets stuck in an infinite login redirect loop due to cross-dom...

I uninstalled it. A large number of bots from Miami are signing up and creating fake email addresses, and there’s no solution. I even suspect they’re doing this themselves to pressure you into upgrading your plan.

They make it impossible to clear all inactive profiles to susspended. This way they can keep increasing your monthy charge due to profiles. The app is also VERY HARD TO USE. We are an IT company and we find it backwards and HARD. FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION!!!!!! . Klaviyo is outdated and bad
