Rhedd is always SO helpful, really goes the extra mile.
— Sew Centre
Excellent customer service from Nadz! I was having ongoing issues with our Shopify and Mailchimp integration, with products not syncing correctly and several connection errors. Nadz was extremely helpful, understood the issue straight away and managed to get everything syncing again within minutes. She was friendly, professional and efficient throughout the entire conversation. Really appreciate...

I had some difficulty getting my signup flow working as expected -- the field I needed to update was in a very hidden location within MailChimp. The MailChimp app support person, JEAN, was incredibly helpful in getting it figured out and working. Thanks, JEAN!

Lance was responsive and helped me resolve a technical issue. Much appreciated!
— The Mandatory Training Group
Great app! Linked to my Shopify store for email campaigns, easy to use, great templates, easy to upload images and great live chat support, like today with Nadz!

I was surprised to get live help from a person right away at 11 pm! I appreciate the help from Mary, who was ready and willing to help with a small issue. Very nice to not have to jump through chatbot hoops to connect with a person! Thank you, Mary!

We've been using this several years and it has worked well. Recently ran into an issue where the customer tags weren't syncing. MARZ on chat support was very helpful and resolved the problem plus gave me things to try in case I have an issue in the future.
— Holy Heroes
We've had many teething issues getting the Mailchimp app functioning and many of them still aren't working as they should. I've spoken with Rhedd at length today (for over an hour) and their service was 5*. They tried their best to help, and forwarded me onto their developers for additional support. My review is mainly of Rhedd's service as our issues are still on going (hence the dropped star)....

Seph was so kind and has very much helpful.it feels like everything is AI lately, but I never expected to receive chat support from someone as kind as her. She did absolutely wonderful support
— Saikai Europe
Positive - The support is available quickly to help you on the integration part - They follow up on topic even after you close the conversation Negative - Integration does not contain anyway to capture the customer language (critical on my use case) - Critical data retention issue. Note that even after you disconnect the Shopify from Mailchimp all your contacts will remain in Mailchimp (even if t...

since installing mail chimp our subscribers have been falsely inflated with fraudulent orders so they can charge us more - as its charged by Subscriber.
— Derwent Harps
Lori helped me troubleshoot an issue with the MC-Shopify Integration. Lori Gets FIVE STARS. MailChimp does not get 5 stars because there are way too many issues that are pain points.
— High 5 Adventure Learning Center
misleading advertising, there is no free plan, only free trial
