Lexa is an AI shopping assistant in your storefront chat that answers shoppers in their own language. Before it describes a product, its availability, or a policy, it checks your live store data, so it won't invent stock levels or discount codes. When a shopper needs a person, Lexa hands the chat to you in one tap so you can take over. It learns only from your public products, collections, pages, and policies, and logs every question so you can see what shoppers ask and add missing answers.
