I generally don't leave reviews but I've been using this app for a while now and I'm actually very impressed. What I really love is that you get 450 free sessions a month which is plenty for my new store. Every time I have had a problem I've reached out via chat and someone has gotten back to me quickly with an answer. You can also connect it to their Fraud app which helps filter out bot traffic....

This is one of the coolest Shopify apps that you could add to your store. No other app can show you the real consumer journey of your users - it's like magic! It helped me test new additions to my product pages and thanks to the app, I also noticed that non-US users were loading my website with US currency, which I quickly fixed. Irreplaceable app!

It allowed me to view replays of end user sessions to see where my store may be failing to grab attention, dead clicks, or for popular items to see what items are being viewed the most. it tells me there are errors, and when i do replays, i can't see where the error is happening. i have spent 30 min trying to figure out and I don't have that time.
