I've had a great experience with Return Go. It definitely needed help setting up, but did so over calls and chats. The team were super helpful and set everything up for me. Any issues I've had, I've been able to discuss on the chat. It can feel a little clunky at times, but no major issues.

I’m writing this review because the lack of follow-up has been unacceptable. After completing the demo, I’ve been trying to connect with my rep to move forward with installation, but I haven’t received a response in over two weeks from her. This is time-sensitive, and the lack of communication is extremely disappointing.

The MCF integration does not work - full of bugs and errors, and has a severe limitation that it can't support more than one Amazon marketplace at a time. Both member and non‑member cancellations and returns are supported, and the multilingual handling works very well. With the DHL integration, automatic return label generation also works smoothly.
