Excellent so far. Perfect as it logs all the questions and queries so you can see what customers are asking. Then you can add your custom "FAQ's" to help the Agentic system fill in its knowledge gaps. Knowledge Base still needs a lot of foundational work, especially to be used reliably with Inbox. Content hallucination. There's no control over AI hallucination, and the tool sometimes invents answers. Test-and-learn scenarios should feed Knowledge Base more broadly. The system's questions cannot be deleted, however they are always in English, ignoring the store's default language. Even if you delete the automatic response to write it in the store's language, the question is not editable.

Lack of export/import extension, all FAQ had to be added manually. No translations or localisation. Import will add 2 star and localisation another one, so for starters ok, but can be done better, especially that Shopify generates file: sitemap_agentic_discovery.xml
