The product itself works as advertised. We like the fact variants load without the original-page flash you get with some client-side testing apps. Two reasons I uninstalled. First, pricing. If you run a high-traffic store, the session-based cost gets very expensive very quickly. In our case several times what comparable tools charge. This app seemed great whilst using, finding improvements etc, but then I noticed that it caused my shopify data to be unreliable, especially the conversion rate. So I uninstalled it, now the data is recovering, but code remained that was sending my paid traffic to blank web pages, so I was just wasting money on ads. Please be careful.

The application incorrectly collects data about AB testing. That is, the data from AB testing does not coincide with the data from Shopify, therefore, it is impossible to objectively evaluate the test conducted. Technical support refunded the money, although it was not able to properly explain why the application was working incorrectly and whether it could be fixed somehow

Didn't had the change to run split-tests because bugs. $99,- gone for not even live with the app. First of all, the app is buggy and not worth the cost. It is connected to an outdated theme, and I didn’t even have a chance to try it properly. I tried to run a split-test but for some reason it grab the outdated theme. There is no live chat. I will try Intelegems.

I would stay away from using this software; their business model is like a trap, and without giving you any result, it just keeps asking you to upgrade for no reason. I feel like playing with those machines in Las Vegas and never getting anything after putting a lot of money. I don't know how Shopify allows this to be here.
