I cannot get the app to sync to my existing TinyEmail account. It keeps creating a new account on install and doesn't keep the existing account logged in no matter how many times I log in. Totally useless app. Continously getting error messages during installation. Message always saying they are sorry. Could never instal it, telling me to try again. I tried at least 10 times.

Absolutely horrible experience. They couldn't see any of my customer data from Shopify. We worked on it for a week. They couldn't ever see my customer data from any prior campaigns. They will continuously promise that they will help you, but then they won't actually do anything.
