Great customer support. Took us a few days to feed it our knowledge base as we have more than 60 products and some allergens data is not available on our website. So far I can see that more than 30 questions are answered per day so our customer support colleague is very happy. I started using Totebot a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful it became in such a short time. We asked it to use a soft-sell approach rather than being too pushy, and that's been working really well for us. I will have to check the numbers once we collect a bit more data.
