Sobre WisWes Chat
WisWes adds an AI shopping assistant that understands what shoppers mean, not just keywords. It searches your catalog, recommends products, suggests add-ons, and answers shipping and returns questions from your own pages and policies. When a shopper hesitates or starts to leave, WisWes steps in with a timely nudge or offer to win the sale back. It detects each shopper's language, helps with checkout, looks up order status, and hands the chat to a human on Slack or Zendesk when needed.
