Savena is an AI support agent and helpdesk for Shopify stores. It answers customers on live chat, email (Gmail or Outlook), WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger from one shared inbox, using your live order data and a knowledge base built from your website. When a customer asks for a change, it can update the shipping address, swap or remove items, cancel the order or create a return, after verifying them by email code. Anything it should not handle goes to your team.
